David Cottingham, President and Broker in Charge has been involved in the ownership, start-up, purchase and/or sale of businesses for 40 years to include; Retail Clothing and Gifts, Agricultural Equipment Sales, Truck Trailer Sales and Manufacturing, Shutter Sales and Manufacturing, Real Estate Agencies, Funeral Homes and Restaurants.

David Cottingham is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in both North and South Carolina, Member of The International Busines Brokers Association, Carolinas-Virginia Business Brokers Association, BizBuySell and BizQuest. Cottingham holds a B.S. Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina and attended the School of Business Brokerage. He is also a 38 year member of Lions International, Eagle Scout Association, past member of the advisory board of Saint Eugene Hospital, Finance committee and current chairman of long range planning at Main Street United Methodist Church. He and his wife, Lynda, of 40 years have two children and one grand-daughter. 

 Al Hogan, is the founder and president of Hogan & Associates, Inc., a financial services company that has distinguished itself for over 25 years. Al has grown the business, and its reputation, by providing clients with the most current tax leveraged wealth accumulation and preservation strategy by taking a holistic approach to analyzing clients current situations. Al is a Princor Registered Representative, Financial Advisor. He partners with Wealth Utilization Consultants, a creative planning company which focuses on reduction of income and estate taxes. Hogan & Associates specializes in all types of deferred compensation and wealth accumulation strategies for the small to medium business owner.

In 2005, Al founded Southern Mortgage Solutions, and charted a course to help home buyers and business owners and buyers realize their goal.
